You will collaborate with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and your recruitment peers to ensure full-cycle hires. The role emphasizes communication, multitasking, and customer service, with responsibilities across advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment, and KPI-driven updates to leadership.

Competenze

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
• 2+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Mansioni

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes for accounts.
• Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruiters.
• Provide recruitment updates and market condition insights affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of assigned accounts.
