Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding of contractors.
• Manage defined recruitment processes and partner with Hiring Managers, HR, and the recruitment team.
• Provide recruitment updates and monitor market conditions affecting contractor hiring.
• Track KPIs and execute recruitment strategies including ads, job fairs, and remote recruiting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by fully staffing assigned accounts.
