Job summary

Ryder seeks an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end contractor recruitment for assigned accounts. You will coordinate with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates to source, screen, interview, offer negotiations, and onboarding of contractors.

You will drive updates to leadership, monitor KPI metrics, and adapt recruiting strategies to market conditions while ensuring customer satisfaction across all accounts.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administrate defined recruitment processes across accounts and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management about market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Implement recruitment strategies including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment, and maintenance of recruitment materials.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
