Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end contractor recruiting for multiple accounts in the United States. The role involves screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management with Hiring Managers and HR.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of life-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Administers defined recruitment processes for accounts and coordinates with Operations, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provides recruitment updates to management and communicates market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Implements recruitment strategies including advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment, and material maintenance to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
