The role develops relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates, provides updates on market conditions and KPI progress, and supports recruitment strategies such as ads and remote techniques.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full life-cycle recruitment.
• Experience screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering for contractors.
• Maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and HR.
• Provide recruitment updates to management and track KPI.
