Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in the United States is seeking a Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruitment for contractor hiring across accounts.

You will administer defined external/internal recruitment processes, collaborate with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates, and drive sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding of contractors.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) – Intermediate

Responsabilités

• Manage defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop and manage relationships with Operations, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment team.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management about market conditions affecting hiring.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
