Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in the United States is seeking a recruiter responsible for full lifecycle recruitment across assigned accounts. You will administer defined recruitment processes and manage relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and peers.

Success is measured by KPI-driven performance, effective advertising, and proactive updates to management on market conditions affecting contractor recruitment. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more in experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage recruitment updates and communicate with management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop and manage relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of assigned accounts.
