Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader in Manhattan, KS to guide daily operations, supervise hourly team members, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will balance guest service with efficiency, coach teammates, and partner with leadership to meet store goals.

Responsibilities include planning workload, reviewing performance metrics, and driving safe, compliant operations while supporting sales growth and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 18+.
• Retail experience preferred; strong guest service mindset.
• Ability to lead a team, train, coach, and drive results.
