Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader in Saint Louis Park, MN to oversee daily store fulfillment activities. You will lead a team, manage workloads, and ensure accurate, timely order processing while maintaining a guest-first service standard.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a focus on safety and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment. On-site schedule includes varied shifts to support peak times and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensure every team member understands and delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Observe and provide feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest experience moments.
• Review fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve.
• Lead your team and drive fulfillment goals, understand your role in supporting sales growth and how your departments and team contribute to and impact total store profitability.
• Utilize workload planning tools to ensure your team completes all scheduled workload and all orders are fulfilled to meet the delivery, freshness, and service standards.
• Occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty (LOD) responsibilities to enable the guest experience for the store during assigned shifts.
• Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating equitable experiences.
