Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to oversee daily store fulfillment, guest service, and team performance. You will guide a team of hourly members, ensure accurate order processing, and support delivery and pickup operations while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes coaching, adherence to safety protocols, and effective communication with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Able to learn and adapt to current technology.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Manage workload and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead fulfillment goals and drive store profitability in collaboration with leadership.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support priorities and achieve sales goals.
• Coach and develop team members, interview and onboard new hires.
• Ensure safety, food safety where applicable and compliance with policies.
• Maintain accurate operations and improve processes to meet targets.
