Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to drive guest experience and oversee store fulfillment activities. You will lead a team of hourly colleagues, manage daily workload, and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of orders while upholding safety and quality standards.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong leadership, and familiarity with retail operations, inventory, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Requires strong guest service orientation and ability to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Understanding of retail operations, sales trends, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Ability to plan daily/weekly workload and coach teammates to execute tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent guest experience that aligns with Target's standards and commitments.
• Lead and develop a guest-centric team, coaching and evaluating performance.
• Plan and prioritize daily work, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Review performance metrics, identify gaps, and take action to improve operations.
• Ensure safety, food safety, and compliance standards are followed by all team members.
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and developing team members to meet business goals.
