Job summary

Target is hiring a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to guide a store fulfillment team and ensure a seamless guest experience. You will lead daily operations, coach team members, and drive efficiency in pickup, shipping, and store processes.

You will help plan workload, monitor metrics, and mentor associates to maintain high standards while supporting sales and profitability across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments.
• Ensure every team member is trained to meet guest expectations.
• Observe and provide feedback, recognizing great guest moments.
• Review fulfillment metrics to identify gaps and take action.
• Lead fulfillment goals and support sales growth and store profitability.
• Use workload planning tools to complete all scheduled workload and orders.
