Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to guide the store’s fulfillment team, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. You will coach associates, monitor performance, and drive daily operations to meet store goals.

The role requires the ability to lead a fast-paced team, adapt to fluctuating workloads, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic retail environment in Lafayette, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead a team of hourly members and manage workload to support sales and delivery goals.
• Review fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and take action to improve operations.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency in daily fulfillment duties.
• Support onboarding and development of team members and coach for performance.
