Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to deliver an easy, inspiring guest experience and lead a team of hourly associates in a fast‑moving store environment. You will plan daily workload, coach staff, and ensure fulfillment targets are met with accuracy and efficiency.

You will drive a guest-centric culture, manage performance, and partner with leadership to maintain safety, compliance, and high service standards while supporting overall store profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older required.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Train and coach team members to meet service standards.
• Lead and manage fulfillment workload to support sales goals.
• Review reports and identify gaps; drive improvements.
• Hire and onboard team, coach for performance and development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, safety, and security guidelines.
• Coordinate with leadership to maintain operational efficiency.
