Job summary

Target is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader to manage a dynamic hourly workforce in our stores. You will lead the fulfillment team, supervise daily operations, and ensure accurate picking, packing and shipping to deliver fast, friendly guest service.

You will plan workloads, coach team members, monitor performance metrics, and uphold safety and compliance. The role requires a high school diploma, 18+, and retail experience; the schedule is variable and compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
