Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to be the meaningful first touchpoint in our store, delivering outstanding customer service and guiding patients through the experience from clinical services to retail. You will help maintain a smooth flow and ensure patient satisfaction at every step.

The role emphasizes effective communication with diverse patients, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with clinical staff to meet daily goals while upholding HIPAA

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or retail.
• Associate degree or higher certification in a related field is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and greet patients to ensure a positive, memorable store experience.
• Assist with daily store operations and coordinate with clinical and retail teams.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and support patient flow between clinical and retail services.
• Address patient questions and assist with product and service information.
