You will support PEG clinical standards, maintain patient records, and ensure a positive patient experience at every touchpoint.

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school, or current enrollment in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction with a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving to address patient concerns.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding patient experience and collaborate with team to achieve store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide information about products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather necessary information to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and inform on pending orders.
• Maintain HIPAA compliant patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.
