Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring a Doctor Technician to provide outstanding customer service and support at the point of care in our store. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth flow from clinical services to retail, while maintaining patient satisfaction and HIPAA-compliant records.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or higher, 2+ years of customer service, and enjoy working with technology in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments and manage patient information.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and inform on order status.
• Maintain brand standards and keep patient records confidential per HIPAA.
