You will help guide patients through the experience and support the transition from clinical services to the retail team, ensuring smooth operations and a positive patient journey.

The role requires an associate degree or higher, 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, problem solving, and flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience delivering outstanding patient/customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Proactive problem solving and flexible in a dynamic store environment.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the store and identify their needs.
• Answer inquiries and gather information to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and assist with follow-up communications.
• Support patient flow between clinical services and retail teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain patient records confidentially and HIPAA-compliant.
