Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Front Office Manager in Washington, DC to lead front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service in line with HHM EarthView standards.

You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and focus on occupancy efficiency and safety. A background of 2–5 years in hospitality with an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years hospitality-related experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to brand standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive improvements across departments.
• Oversee front office financial operations and internal controls.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and capital requests.
• Supervise guest services department managers and vendor contracts.
