HHM Hotels seeks a Front Office Manager to lead the hotel front desk operations and uphold guest service and sustainability standards. You will manage staffing, training, schedules, and budgets, while guiding department heads to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in hospitality, are people-focused, and comfortable handling vendor contracts and occupancy management. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 to 5 years hospitality related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with brand standards and HHM values.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and work toward increasing scores and overall guest satisfaction.
• Oversee front office financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting controls.
