Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington DC Downtown is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee front desk operations in line with guest service and sustainability standards.

You will lead interviewing, training, scheduling and coaching, monitor guest satisfaction, manage budgets, supervise the guest services team, oversee contracts, and ensure safe, compliant operations while advancing HHM's EarthView program.

Qualifications

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates in line with brand standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and drive improvements across the department.
• Develop, monitor and manage department budgets and forecasts; review capital needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations in accordance with guest service and sustainability standards.
• Interview, train, schedule, coach and support associates per brand standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and department performance; take corrective actions.
• Oversee front office budgeting, forecasts and capital item requests.
• Supervise guest services managers and oversee vendor and staff contracts.
• Monitor occupancy and optimize room use; minimize overbooking.
• Create SMART action plans to address service gaps and safety requirements.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and MSDS/OSHA safety rules.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
