HHM Hotels invites applications for an Assistant Front Office Manager to support daily front desk operations and sustain brand standards. You will lead, train, and coach a team, monitor guest satisfaction, and assist in budgeting and inventory control.

This role emphasizes safety, sustainability, and cross-department collaboration. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in hospitality with front desk exposure and an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years hospitality related experience, including front desk operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to standards.
• Oversee front office operations in absence of manager.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and improve departmental scores.
• Assist in front office budgeting, forecasts and capital items.
• Ensure supplies, inventory and market items are stocked and maintained.
• Coordinate with Sales for group resumes and rooming lists.
