Topgolf is seeking a capable leader in Richmond, VA to guide a hospitality team toward exceptional service. You will monitor performance, coach members, and work with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle diverse shifts. You will help maintain safety standards and report on key performance metrics, contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture.

• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and key metrics.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by your manager
