Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager in Virginia to lead our guest-facing team and deliver rockstar-level hospitality. You will coach team members, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee opening, closing, hiring, and scheduling to ensure an exceptional venue experience.

The role requires a flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the energy to manage high-volume periods and events while upholding Topgolf standards and culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience and set daily service standards across the front of house.
• Coach and develop front of house staff, driving engagement and accountability.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, staffing, scheduling, and operations.
• Uphold Topgolf’s standards and culture, ensuring health, safety, and guest satisfaction.
