Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team and deliver rockstar-level service. You will coach teammates, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure all areas are staffed, scheduled, and operating smoothly. The role includes opening/closing, hiring, and shift management in a high-energy venue.

The position requires 2+ years in venue management, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain required licenses. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law

Responsibilities

• Lead guest-facing team in delivering best-in-class service
• Coach team members and drive guest satisfaction
• Open and close venue; manage shifts, scheduling, and hiring
• Support team development and ensure safety and operational standards
• Adapt to evenings, weekends, and holidays with extended hours during peak periods
