Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a team leader to guide a guest-services team toward targets and maintain high standards of service. You will monitor performance, coach staff, and collaborate with other departments to keep workflows efficient and safe.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve operational issues and guest concerns promptly.
• Promote a positive, inclusive team culture and engage associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and metrics.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by your manager.
