Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team to rockstar-level service. You will coach staff, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure all areas are staffed, running, and delivering an exceptional experience.

In addition to guest focus, you will open and close shifts, hire and schedule, onboard new hires, and support team development in a high-energy environment with evenings, weekends, and holidays typical. This role rewards initiative and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Experience across the front of house.
• Coach and develop the front of house team.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, shifts, and scheduling.
• Uphold Topgolf standards and culture across all guest areas.
