Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience by delivering best-in-class service and hospitality.
• Coach and develop front-of-house team members and drive engagement.
• Manage openings, closings, scheduling, and other operational tasks.
