Topgolf is seeking a Front of House Operations Manager to lead Guest Services and Food & Beverage teams in delivering best-in-class service. You will hire, schedule, coach, and develop staff while managing game/bay operations, safety, retail, and leagues, always prioritizing the guest experience.

This is a high-energy, multi-event role with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a focus on driving profitability and guest satisfaction across the venue.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervision experience.
• Experience leading both food & beverage and guest-facing operations strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Full Front of House: supervise Guest Services and Food & Beverage teams.
• Build and develop the team: hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Manage operations across both departments: game systems, bay operations, safety, inventory, and costs.
• Drive performance: use metrics to improve guest satisfaction and profitability.
