Topgolf seeks a Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing team in delivering exceptional service and hospitality. You will coach staff, manage shifts, and support hiring while ensuring the venue runs smoothly and remains guest-centric.

As a high-energy leader, you will guide opening/closing procedures, monitor guest satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement through performance metrics and a culture of care and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state or local law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest-facing team to deliver best-in-class service and hospitality.
• Coach front-of-house team members and drive engagement and accountability.
• Open and close operations, manage shifts, and support hiring and scheduling.
• Use guest feedback and metrics to improve performance and profitability.
