• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsabilités

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs
• Leads by example interacting with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Promotes loyalty programs and adherence to labor laws
