Job summary

TJX Companies is seeking a frontline leader to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty across store operations. You will train Associates, monitor cashier performance, and coordinate breaks to ensure optimal coverage on the floor.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a commitment to policy adherence and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to work as a team member.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a “Highly Satisfied” customer experience
• Drives customer loyalty through programs and initiatives
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly
• Trains and mentors all Associates on Policies and Procedures
• Maintains cash controls including change fund
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for frontline coverage
• Maintains merchandising standards within the queue-line
• Adheres to safety, labor, and loss-prevention policies
