Job summary

TJ Maxx is seeking a front-end supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of store Associates. You will ensure prompt, courteous service and actively promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires leadership, strong merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail setting. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience across the store.
• Oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Coach on personalizing the customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Ensure proper POS coverage and breaks; respond to issues promptly.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to policies.
