Job summary

TJ Maxx, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an excellent customer experience and mentor Associates. You will lead by example, ensuring courteous service, conducting training, and coordinating registers and break coverage.

This role requires a year of retail experience with leadership exposure, strong merchandising insight, and proactive communication. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to train others.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive customer experience and supports loyalty programs.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and ensures store plan execution.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintains safety, adheres to policies, and supports shrink reduction goals.
