Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is looking for a front-of-store Supervisor to lead Associates, promote excellent customer service, and ensure smooth POS coverage at our USA TJ Maxx location.

You will train staff, manage loyalty promotions, and maintain store standards to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. Available for a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a focus on merchandising and team leadership.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and supervise front-end operations.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store teams.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Train Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Support management on training needs and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Communicate progress updates to management and staff.
