Job summary

TJ Maxx, part of TJX Companies, seeks a front-of-store leader to drive excellent customer service and supervise Associates. You will train staff on front-end principles, promote loyalty programs, and ensure smooth POS coverage while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates have retail experience and leadership exposure, with strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork abilities. The role may require nights and weekends in a dynamic off-price retail environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead Associates at front of store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure adequate POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Communicate with management on priorities and provide progress updates.
• Support management on associate training to increase effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.
