Job summary

You’ll train and mentor Associates, assign registers, respond to issues, and partner with management on development needs. This role requires flexibility, strong merchandising knowledge, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to train Associates in front-end principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of front-of-store Associates to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a safe, clean store.
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and priorities.
• Promotes loyalty programs and supports shrink-reduction goals.
