Job summary

The TJX Companies’ Marshalls store in USA is seeking a front-line leader to promote an exceptional customer experience and supervise Associates on the sales floor. You will model service excellence, support loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, organized store environment.

Qualified candidates have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, with strong merchandising, communication, and teamwork skills. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.
