Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking an assistant store leader to promote a superior customer experience and mentor associates at the front of the store.

You will supervise POS coverage, oversee training, and support loyalty programs while ensuring a compliant and safe shopping environment. The role demands strong communication, merchandising knowledge, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of multi-tasking and working with peers and supervisors

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store and coordinate POS coverage.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and customer personalization.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures
• Promote safety and maintain a clean, organized store
