Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring to lead front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise Associates, coordinate POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs while keeping the store clean and organized.

The role requires multitasking, merchandising know-how, and strong communication. Prior retail and leadership experience are preferred; flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong merchandising techniques
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train others and lead teams

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience
• Lead front-of-store Associates and manage loyalty programs
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks
• Train and mentor staff on front-end practices
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively
• Ensure store tasks align with plan and priorities
• Communicate priorities and provide progress updates
• Support safety and labor law compliance
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Contribute to shrink reduction efforts
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment
• Other duties as assigned
