You will train staff, coordinate POS coverage, and ensure tasks align with store plans while upholding company policies and loyalty program promotions. Strong communication, multitasking, and merchandising skills will help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment that values teamwork and initiative.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to promote loyalty programs.
• Experience leading and mentoring Associates in a retail setting.
• Clear communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of merchandising techniques and store presentation.
• Ability to train others and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and supervise front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example in delivering prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotions.
• Train and mentor staff on front-end principles and personalized customer interactions.
• Coordinate registers, coverage, and breaks; respond to POS needs.
• Ensure tasks align with store plans and communicate priorities to the team.
