Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations or mail/document management.
• 3+ years of experience coaching staff and handling performance reviews; vendor relationships experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~20; conduct monthly one-on-one coaching and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing.
• Monitor performance, quality, and service-level targets; ensure timely processing.
• Serve as primary liaison with the mailroom vendor for incoming mail processing.
• Coordinate workload and resources to meet business demands; drive process improvements.
• Support audits, reporting, and departmental projects; collaborate cross-functionally.
