Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a team of about 20 employees and oversee mail intake, document processing, and workflow management. You will supervise, coach, and support performance to meet service levels and business objectives.

Responsibilities include managing printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and mail indexing while coordinating with the mailroom vendor and cross-functional partners to drive efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations, mailroom, document management, or production.
• Experience coaching and developing employees and managing vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one coaching and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, and indexing.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Serve as primary contact for the mailroom vendor.
• Coordinate workload and resources to meet business demands.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Support audits, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
