Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a ~20-person team handling mail intake, document processing, and workflow management. You will supervise, coach, and support performance to meet service levels and business goals.

You will coordinate with the mailroom vendor, balance workloads, drive process improvements, and support audits and cross-functional initiatives to boost productivity and customer service in a fast-paced healthcare operations environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in operations, mailroom, or production.
• 3+ years managing employee performance and vendor relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and service-level expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the mailroom vendor to ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and resource allocation to meet business demands.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support audits, reporting, compliance requirements, and departmental projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
