CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a team of about 20 colleagues in mail intake, document processing, and workflow management. You’ll supervise daily tasks, coach staff, and partner with a mailroom vendor to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing mail.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, process improvements, and participation in audits and projects to boost productivity and service levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team leadership experience in operations/mailroom/document management or production.
• 3+ years of experience managing employee performance and working with vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for ~20 team members and conduct monthly coaching sessions.
• Oversee daily workload for printing, returned mail, scanning, and indexing functions.
• Monitor performance metrics, service levels, and quality; collaborate with mailroom vendor for timely processing.
• Identify process improvements and support audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
