Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a team of about 20 colleagues and oversee the day-to-day operations of mail intake, document processing, and workflow management.

You will partner with the mailroom vendor and cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements, ensure timely and accurate processing, support audits, and contribute to larger departmental projects and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in leadership roles in operations, mailroom, or production.
• 3+ years in coaching, performance management, and vendor relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willing to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ~20 team members daily.
• Hold monthly one-on-one coaching and performance reviews.
• Manage workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, and indexing.
• Monitor performance, quality, and service-level expectations.
• Coordinate with mailroom vendor for timely processing of incoming mail.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency.
• Support audits, reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
