Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a team of ~20 employees and manage mail intake, processing, and workflow across front-end mail operations.

You will supervise daily workloads, coordinate with the mailroom vendor, drive process improvements, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet service levels and business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in leadership/supervisory roles in operations, mailroom, or production.
• 3+ years in performance management, coaching, and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads and staffing for printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing functions.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and service-level expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the mailroom vendor to ensure timely processing of incoming mail.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and resource allocation to meet business demands.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support audits, reporting, compliance requirements, and departmental projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support organizational objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
