Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations or mailroom settings.
• Experience coaching staff, evaluating performance, and managing vendor relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to specified locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for approximately 20 team members and oversee daily workload.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one coaching sessions and performance discussions.
• Manage printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing workloads.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and service level expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for the mailroom vendor and ensure timely mail processing.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and implement process improvements.
