Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 20 in mail intake, document processing and workflow management, ensuring service levels and objectives are met.

You will supervise daily printing, returned mail processing, scanning, check processing and indexing, partner with vendors and drive process improvements while supporting audits and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in leadership, supervisory, or team leadership in operations or mail/document environments.
• Experience managing performance, coaching, and external vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Coordinate with mailroom vendor for timely processing of mail.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support audits, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional projects.
